Row 1: k1 *k1, wrapping yarn twice around needle
Row 2: *slip four sts purlwise, dropping extra wrap; slip sts back to left needle and k1, p1, k1, p1 into same four sts before slipping from left needle
Repeat these two rows for the pattern.
