Row 2: k2 * wyif slip next 5 sts to right needle, dropping extra wraps; (take yarn to back and slip same 5 sts to left needle; wrap yarn around same 5 sts to bring it back to front of work and slip sts to right needle) twice; k1; end k1
Row 3: knit all sts
Row 4: knit all sts
Row 5: k5 * knit 5, wrapping each stitch 3 times, k1; end k4

In Rows 2 and 6, rather than moving the 5 stitches back and forth between needles, the following will achieve the same results:
